1. Information Collection and Purpose

Data collected: We collect free-text input (travel preferences, destinations, dates) and technical metadata (device type, locale).

Purpose: Data is used only to create travel itineraries via AI. It is not used for advertising or marketing profiling.

2. Information Sharing and AI

Information is transferred for processing to the AWS Bedrock service. It is shared only for the functionality of the app.

3. Data Retention and User Rights

Retention: The app keeps the last 10 chat messages for continuity.

Deletion: Users can delete their account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes all chat history and associated data.

4. Security Safeguards

We implement strict technical safeguards:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) using AWS KMS.
• Access control: Access to resources is restricted through strict IAM policies.
• Compliance: The system meets ISO, SOC, and GDPR standards and supports sensitive content filtering.

User Safety Guide

1. Planning: Verify details with official attraction sites.

2. Purchase: Keep booking confirmations from external providers; T-Bud is not a party to the financial transaction.

3. Community safety: Do not expose identifying details and do not transfer money to other users.

4. Reporting: Seen harmful content? Tap "Report" (Report) for immediate handling.
