Contest Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and T-Bud in relation to your participation in the T-Bud user contest ("Contest"). By participating in the Contest — including by clicking a T-Bud booking link and purchasing Qualifying Tickets — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Contest is a promotional campaign for users of the T-Bud platform ("Platform") and is further subject to the Platform's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Organizer

1.1. The Contest is organized and administered by T-Bud ("we", "us", "our", or the "Organizer").

1.2. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third-party platform, including Affiliate Platforms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Participation is open only to individuals who are registered users of the Platform and at least 18 years old at the time of participation, who have purchased at least four (4) Qualifying Tickets with a redemption date of no later July 31st, 2026, through Affiliate Platforms using T-Bud link during the Contest Period.

2.2. For the purpose of this Contest –

2.2.1. "Affiliate Platforms" are any of the following ticketing platforms:

• Tiqets
• Fever London

2.2.2. A "Qualifying Ticket" is a ticket for an event, attraction or other activity, that was (a) purchased during the Contest Period from an Affiliate Platform; (b) fully redeemed and was not cancelled, refunded, reversed, or disputed by the participant or the Affiliate Platform.

2.3. We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility to participate in the Contest. If we so request, you must promptly provide us additional information necessary to verify your identity and eligibility to participate in the Contest.

2.4. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant if we reasonably suspect that the participant is no longer eligible to participate, has violated these Terms and Conditions or applicable law, or has engaged in fraud or other bad faith conduct.

3. Contest Period

3.1. The Contest will begin on June 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM and will end on June 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM (the "Contest Period").

3.2. Tickets purchased before or after the Contest Period will not be considered Qualifying Tickets, even if redeemed during the Contest Period.

4. The Contest

4.1. Participation is automatic when you purchase Qualifying Tickets through Affiliate Platforms using T-Bud booking links during the Contest Period. By clicking a booking link or completing a Qualifying Ticket purchase through the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions. No separate email application or registration is required.

4.2. The participant who purchases the highest number of Qualifying Tickets during the Contest Period will be deemed the winner, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4.4. Purchase records will be recorded and reported to us by the Affiliate Platforms. We will conduct a manual review of the reported purchase data and determine the results of the Contest solely based on such data.

4.5. In the event of a tie between two or more participants, we will determine the winner based on the highest total purchase value of Qualifying Tickets. If a tie still remains, T-Bud may determine the winner by any other reasonable method in its discretion.

5. The Prize

5.1. The winner will be entitled to receive two (2) free tickets to attraction(s) of the winner's choice from Affiliates Platforms, each at a value of up to GBP 40 (£40) per ticket (taxes and commissions included).

5.2. Winner may redeem the prize by purchasing either two tickets to one attraction or one ticket each for two different attractions, in each case subject to availability and the maximum value stated above.

5.3. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any substitute benefit. If a ticket is valued at less than GBP 40 (£40), the winner will not be eligible for a partial refund or credit.

5.4. The prize may be considered taxable income pursuant to the tax laws applicable to you. You are solely responsible for reporting the prize to the relevant taxation authorities and paying all taxes applicable to the prize.

6. Winner Notification

6.1. We will contact the winner within four (4) days following the end of the Contest Period, using the contact details available to us.

6.2. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of our notice, fails to provide any details we request, is found ineligible, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to redeem the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we may revoke the prize and select an alternate winner.

7. Prize Redemption Conditions

7.1. The winner may redeem the prize only seven (7) days after the actual date of the latest event, attraction, or activity covered by the winner's Qualifying Tickets.

7.2. The validity period of the prize tickets shall not exceed three (3) months from the date of booking or issuance, as determined by the relevant provider or ticketing terms.

7.3. Booking of prize tickets will be coordinated directly between the winner and the Organizer. Availability of prize tickets is subject to inventory, booking conditions, and availability, as presented on the relevant Affiliate Platform at the time of booking. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific attraction, date, or time slot.

8. Privacy

We will collect and process your personal information as further described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST IS ENTIRELY, OR TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, THE ORGANIZER, INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, SUB-CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, STATUTORY, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGE OR LOSS, COSTS, EXPENSES AND PAYMENTS, EITHER IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, OR IN ANY OTHER FORM OR THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING FROM, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST, THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST, OR FROM ANY FAILURE, ERROR, OR BREAKDOWN IN THE FUNCTION OF OUR SYSTEMS, OR FROM ANY DENIAL OR DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR PARTICIPATION.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Contest, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, regardless of the jurisdiction in which you reside, and without regard to any otherwise applicable conflict of laws rules. Any Dispute shall be adjudicated under the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District, Israel.

11. Miscellaneous

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or temporarily suspend the Contest at any time, with no liability to you. You are not entitled to any form of compensation or consideration for your participation in the Contest. You are exclusively responsible for all costs and expenses associated with your participation in the Contest. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between regarding the Contest. You may not assign or delegate these Terms and Conditions or any of your rights and obligations hereunder. Any purported assignment in contravention of the above will be null and void. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a competent court, then the provision shall be performed and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
